Our services

Transport matched to how you move

Ambulatory, wheelchair, stretcher, long-distance and standing recurring appointments.

  • An older man riding seated and belted in the back of a medical transport van. Ambulatory

    Ambulatory transport

For passengers who can walk with little or no help. Your driver assists you from your door to the vehicle, fastens your belt, and stays until you are safely inside at the other end.

  • A driver securing a passenger's wheelchair with floor straps inside an accessible van. Wheelchair

    Wheelchair accessible

Ramp-equipped vans with four-point securement. You travel in your own chair — manual, power or scooter — so there are no difficult transfers at either end of the trip.

  • A clean, made-up stretcher secured inside a non-emergency medical transport van. Stretcher

    Stretcher transport

For passengers who need to travel lying down. A secured stretcher, fresh linens and an unhurried trip, with an attendant alongside you the whole way.

  • Long-distance & out-of-town

Specialist appointments and treatment centres anywhere inside our 100-mile radius, including trips where we wait and bring you home the same day.

  • Standing recurring appointments

Dialysis, chemotherapy and therapy on a fixed weekly schedule. Set it up once and we come back for every trip — no rebooking each week.

Not sure which one fits? Call (984) 399-2660 and we will work it out with you.

How it works

Three steps, no account

No app to download, no sign-up, no password to remember. Book online or pick up the phone — whichever you prefer.

  1. Tell us about the trip

Use the form at the top of this page or call us. Where you are, where you need to be, when, and what help you need getting there.

  2. We call you back to confirm

Within 30 minutes a real person confirms your pickup window, the vehicle we are sending, and anything else we need to know.

  3. We get you there — and home

Your driver arrives early, helps you door-through-door, and either waits or comes back for the return trip. Nothing to arrange twice.

Booking for a parent or a patient? You can make the booking on their behalf — just give us their name and a number we can reach.

Fleet & drivers

The van that turns up, and the person driving it

You are trusting us with someone you care about. Here is exactly what arrives at the door.

Every vehicle, every trip

Ramp-equipped and fitted with four-point wheelchair securement, so you travel in your own chair without a difficult transfer. Grab handles where you need them, climate control year round, and room for a family member or escort to ride with you at no extra charge.

Vehicles are cleaned between trips and kept on a maintenance schedule — because a breakdown is not an inconvenience when there is a dialysis chair waiting for you.

The person behind the wheel

Our drivers are not couriers who happen to own a van. They are trained to help someone down their front steps, secure a wheelchair properly, and stay patient on a day that is already hard enough.

Wherever we can manage it the same driver comes back for your standing appointments, because a familiar face matters more than most people expect.

  • Door-through-door, never curbside
  • Nobody gets rushed
  • We can wait for short appointments
  • A call ahead if anything changes
  • Familiar driver on standing trips
Why choose us

Every passenger is more than a trip on a schedule

We are transporting people who have lives, families and healthcare needs. Five things we hold ourselves to on every single trip.

  • An older woman and her driver sharing a laugh in the doorway of a transport van.
  • Safety first

Securement gets checked, procedures get followed, and nobody moves until it is right. We would rather leave five minutes late than take a shortcut with somebody's safety.

  • Dependability

We aim to arrive early rather than exactly on time. A dialysis chair does not wait, and you should never be left wondering whether we are coming.

  • Compassionate service

Dignity, patience and respect — on the easy days and the hard ones. Nobody gets hurried out of a wheelchair or talked over because they are slow today.

  • Comfort and convenience

Door-through-door, a hand with doors and bags, and a family member welcome to ride along. Getting there should be the easy part of the day.

  • Professionalism

One company from the booking call to the drop-off. Passengers, families, facilities and case managers all deal with people who know the trip.

For facilities & case managers

Standing schedules and facility accounts

A scheduler at a clinic reception desk arranging patient transport by phone.

If you schedule transport for patients or residents, you should not have to chase a different driver every week. Set up a facility account and we hold the standing schedule, confirm changes with one point of contact, and invoice you monthly instead of trip by trip.

  • Standing weekly schedules Dialysis, chemotherapy and therapy runs set up once and held.
  • One point of contact A direct line to dispatch, not a general queue.
  • Discharge-time pickups Short-notice collection when a bed needs to be freed.
  • Consolidated monthly invoicing One statement for every trip, itemised by resident.
